Jobs by qualification
Government jobs for 12th-pass candidates
Start with the eligible role, then check its subject, skill, age and location requirements. Passing Class 12 alone does not establish eligibility for every post in a notice.

How to use a 12th-pass government jobs list
A recruitment advertisement can contain several posts with different qualifications. Read the row for the exact post you want, not just the advertisement heading. Look for the required school qualification, subjects or marks, technical certificates, typing or stenography skills, and the date by which you must hold them.
This page uses an editorial review list rather than displaying every notice tagged “12th”. A revised notice needs another review. Closed vacancies leave the list automatically; an empty list means there is no currently reviewed match, not that no government recruitment exists.
Where to check recruitment after Class 12
| Recruiting authority | What to inspect |
|---|---|
| Staff Selection Commission | Read the educational qualifications and post-specific skill requirements in the relevant examination notice. |
| Railway Recruitment Boards | Select the exact Centralised Employment Notice. Undergraduate, graduate and technical recruitment have different requirements. |
| National Career Service | Check the employer, recruitment authority and original advertisement before applying to a listed vacancy. |
For state recruitment, start from the relevant commission, court or department’s official website. State residence, language and other conditions can limit eligibility. A link to a recruiting authority here does not indicate an open vacancy.
Check these details before applying
- Exact post and qualifications: Match your subjects, certificates and skills to that post’s requirements.
- Age on the cut-off date: Use the date in the notice, not automatically today. The age calculator can calculate your age on that date.
- Reservation and residence: Read the category, domicile and certificate conditions that apply to you.
- Deadline and application channel: Confirm both in the notification and check for official extensions or corrections.
- Application images: Prepare the correct photo, signature or declaration with the exam image checker and compressor. Live capture must be completed in the official portal.
Does a higher qualification make every post eligible?
Do not assume that it replaces a named technical qualification or subject requirement. The recruiting authority’s notification controls eligibility. Where equivalence is allowed, check the evidence the authority asks you to provide.
What if a deadline or qualification changes?
Read the latest corrigendum from the recruiting authority before paying a fee or submitting a form. This page links to the source and removes listings when their reviewed content changes. Your final check should always be against the official application portal.
