CTET December 2021 Paper 1 English Medium Final Answer Key: Release Date, PDF and Objection Status

The CTET December 2021 Paper 1 English Medium answer key on the official CTET website is a final key, not a provisional one. It sits on the portal's "Previous Year Final Answer Key" page. The PDF itself prints a publish date of 11/08/22, which we read as 11 August 2022 because the exam dates in the same file use day/month/year. The evidence does not mention any objection window or fee for this key, so none is stated here.

CTET December 2021 Paper 1 English Medium answer key: key facts

Is this answer key provisional or final?

Final, according to the official listing

The CTET portal lists this document on a page titled "Previous Year Final Answer Key". The same page also carries the Paper 1 Hindi Medium key and the Paper 2 keys for December 2021. The PDF header reads "CTET DEC-21 KEY" and each section is marked "Med: Eng".

No provisional-key process applies to this document

The evidence does not describe an earlier provisional key for this event, and it gives no challenge or objection procedure for it. Because this is a final key, do not treat it as open for objections. Any statement of a challenge process, deadline or fee would be unsupported.

How to view the final answer key

1. Open the official "Previous Year Final Answer Key" page on ctet.nic.in (linked under Important Links).
2. Find the row titled "CTET December 2021 Answer Key Paper 1 English Medium", year 2021.
3. Use the "View (275 KB)" link in that row, or the download icon beside it, to open the PDF.

The listing offers a plain public PDF, and the evidence mentions no login. The listing page shows "Last Updated: Sep 29, 2026", but that is a page-level date. It does not show that this particular file is still available, so check that the link opens when you visit.

What the PDF contains

Layout of the key

The file is paginated as 177 pages. The text reviewed was an extract and may not include every page. In that extract, each page covers one exam date and one section of Paper 1.

• The exam dates seen in the extract are 16, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24 and 27 December 2021.
• For each date, a "MAIN" page gives answers for questions 1 to 90.
• Pages named after a language (English, Hindi, Assamese and so on) give answers for questions 91 to 150.
• Answers are shown as option numbers against question numbers.

Match your own paper to the right exam date and language section before comparing answers. The answers differ between dates and between language sections.

Special entries to read carefully

• The PDF notes that an answer of "9" means marks are awarded to all candidates for that question.
• Some questions list more than one option, for example "1,2", so check each entry exactly as printed.

Evidence limits

• The announcement context supplied no release date. The date above comes from the "Publish Date" printed in the PDF, and the day/month order is our reading of that format.
• No objection window, fee or challenge procedure appears in the evidence, so none is given.
• The evidence does not say whether the key was revised after release.
• The extract of the PDF was cut off before the end of the 177 pages, so check the full file for every shift and section.
