About the Notification
The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) will conduct the Common Recruitment Process (CRP CSA-XVI) for the recruitment of Customer Service Associates (CSA) in Participating Public Sector Banks for the financial year 2027-28. The selection will be conducted through online preliminary and main examinations, followed by provisional allotment. Vacancy Details

Age Limit
As of 01.08.2026, the minimum age is 20 years and maximum 28 years. Age relaxation is applicable as follows:
- Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribe - 5 years
- Other Backward Classes (Non-Creamy Layer) - 3 years
- Persons With Benchmark Disabilities - 10 years
- Ex-Servicemen - period of service + 3 years (8 years for Disabled Ex-Servicemen), max 50 years
- Widows, Divorced Women, and Women Legally Separated - relaxation up to 35-40 years based on category
Educational Qualification
The candidate must possess a degree (graduation) in any discipline from a government recognized university or equivalent, by 21.08.2026. Computer literacy and proficiency in the specified local language of the applied state is mandatory.

Pay Scale
Pay ranges from ₹24,050 to ₹64,480 plus allowances as per the participating bank's rules.
