About the Notification
The CSIR-National Metallurgical Laboratory (NML), Jamshedpur, has issued an important notice regarding the merging of Multi-Tasking Staff (MTS) posts. The posts under post codes M02 to M07 have been merged with post code M01. Candidates who applied to any of the posts M02 to M07 will be considered under M01 provided they meet the essential qualification. The total number of posts and reservation status remains unchanged.
Candidates who applied for M02 to M07 posts may claim a refund of the application fee by submitting a prescribed claim form. Also, those who do not wish to be considered against M01 post after merging may claim a refund. The claim form must be filled and sent via email by 31 August 2026. This notice amends the earlier advertisement No. 10/2025 with other terms remaining the same.
