Engagement of Laboratory Technicians on Contractual Basis at Kolkata City NUHM Society

About the Notification

Kolkata City NUHM Society invites applications for the contractual engagement of 38 Laboratory Technicians. Candidates must possess Higher Secondary (10+2) in Science with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Mathematics and a diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology recognized by West Bengal State Medical Faculty or AICTE. Computer knowledge including MS Office and Internet is required. Candidates must be permanent residents of West Bengal.

Age Limit

Maximum age is 40 years as on 01.01.2019. Age relaxation allowed for ST/SC/PWD candidates as per government norms.

Educational Qualifications

1) Passed Higher Secondary (10+2) from recognized board/institute with Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Mathematics.
2) Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology recognized by West Bengal State Medical Faculty/AICTE.
3) Proficient in computer skills including MS Office and Internet.
4) Must be permanent resident of West Bengal.

Pay Scale

Monthly remuneration of ₹17,220 will be provided.

Selection Process

1. Merit based on marks obtained in final qualification (highest basic qualification).
2. Computer test where candidates must obtain at least 40% marks to qualify.
3. Shortlisted candidates will be called for practical test in ratio 1:10.
4. Panel will be prepared on basis of total marks of merit and computer test for recruitment.
