About the Notification
Kolkata City NUHM Society invites applications for engagement of 26 Laboratory Technicians on a contractual basis. Candidates must have passed Higher Secondary (10+2) with Physics, Chemistry, Biology or Mathematics or equivalent, along with a Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology recognized by West Bengal State Medical Faculty or AICTE. Computer proficiency with knowledge of MS Office and internet is required. Maximum age is 40 years with relaxation as per government norms.

Age Limit
Maximum age 40 years as on 01.08.2020. Age relaxation applicable for ST/SC/OBC/PWD candidates as per government rules.
Educational Qualification
1) Passed Higher Secondary (10+2) from recognized board/institute or equivalent with Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Mathematics plus Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology recognized by WBSMF/AICTE.
2) Proficiency in computers including MS Office and internet is mandatory.
3) Candidate must be permanent resident of West Bengal.

Pay Scale
Monthly remuneration: ₹17,220/-
Selection Process
- Shortlisting based on merit (marks obtained in final qualification).
- Candidates will be called for practical test (including computer test) in 1:10 ratio.
- A minimum of 40% marks in computer test is required to qualify.
- Final selection panel prepared based on merit and computer test scores according to rules.

- Submission timings: Monday to Friday 11:30 AM to 4:00 PM; Saturday 11:30 AM to 2:00 PM.
