Advanced Weapons & Equipment India Limited (AWEIL) is a Schedule 'A' Defence Public Sector Undertaking under the Ministry of Defence, Government of India. Headquartered in Kanpur, it was incorporated on August 14, 2021 and commenced business on October 1, 2021. The company specializes in manufacturing and supplying weapon systems, small arms, tank gun articles, and ammunition components across multiple production units nationwide. Currently, AWEIL invites applications for the position of Executive Finance on a full-time contractual basis for a term of three years, renewable every year depending on performance.

Age Limit

The maximum age limit for candidates is 35 years as of the last application date. Age relaxation is applicable as per Government of India guidelines: 5 years for SC/ST, 3 years for OBC, and an additional 10 years for PWD candidates.

Educational Qualification

Candidates must be Indian nationals and qualified Chartered Accountants (CA) from ICAI or Cost & Management Accountants (CMA) from ICMAI. They should be associate or fellow members of ICAI/ICMAI. A minimum post-qualification experience of 3 years excluding articleship period is required, verified from the final exam certificate.

Pay Scale

The consolidated fixed monthly remuneration is Rs. 90,000/- with an annual increment of 10%. No other allowances are admissible.

Selection Process

• Preference will be given to Chartered Accountants.
• Selection will consider experience, qualification marks, and other relevant criteria.
