About the Notification

DVC CIL Power Private Limited (DCPPL) is a 50:50 joint venture between Damodar Valley Corporation and Coal India Limited, setting up a 2×800 MW Ultra-Supercritical Thermal Power Project at the existing Chandrapura Thermal Power Station site. The company seeks to engage qualified, experienced, and result-oriented professionals on a full-time contractual basis for various Consultant, Senior Consultant, Advisor, and Senior Advisor positions in disciplines including Civil Construction, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering & Commercial, Human Resources & Industrial Relations, and Environment Engineering & Management.

Educational Qualification

Civil Construction Consultant: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (BE/B.Tech) from a recognized university with relevant experience in large thermal power projects and rail/road infrastructure.
Construction Engineering & Project Consultant: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (BE/B.Tech) with exposure to engineering, project management, EPC contracts, and execution of large thermal projects.
Electrical Engineering & Commercial Consultant: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (BE/B.Tech), with substantial experience in power sector, PPA negotiation, tariff, regulatory and commercial functions.
HR & Industrial Relations Consultant: MBA/PGDM in HR or Master’s degree in HR Management or Personnel Management & Industrial Relations with minimum 10 years experience.
Environment Engineering & Management Consultant: Graduate in Engineering with specialization in Environmental Engineering & Management, experience in environmental and forest clearances and management plans.

Pay Scale

Monthly Consultancy Fees for posts are as below:

Consultant: ₹75,000
Senior Consultant: ₹1,00,000
Advisor: ₹1,25,000
Senior Advisor: ₹1,50,000

Additionally, Mobile Charges @ Rs.1000/month, Transport Allowance @ 10%, and HRA @ 20% of Consultancy fee will be paid.
