Age Limit
General Age Limit: Maximum 40 years for all posts except Consultant post which has maximum age 63 years.
Age Relaxation: 5 years for SC/ST, 3 years for OBC (Non-Creamy Layer), as per Government rules for PwBD and Ex-Servicemen.
Educational Qualifications
- Site Engineer (Structural): ME/MTech in Structural Engineering with 5 years relevant experience.
- Site Engineer (Architect): B.Arch with 5 years experience.
- Site Engineer (MEP) - Civil: Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering with 5 years experience.
- Site Engineer (MEP) - Electrical: Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering with 5 years experience.
- Site Engineer (MEP) - Mechanical: Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering with 5 years experience.
- Junior Engineer - Civil: 3-year diploma in Civil Engineering with preferred 2 years experience in draftsmanship.
- Junior Engineer - Electrical: 3-year diploma in Electrical Engineering with preferred 2 years experience in draftsmanship.
- Consultant - Projects: Graduate in any discipline with 10 years experience.
- Other posts for Chhattisgarh Zone require related degrees/diplomas and experience.

Pay Scale
- Site Engineer (Structural): ₹37,250 per month
- Site Engineer (Architect, MEP Civil/Electrical/Mechanical): ₹36,250 per month
- Junior Engineer (Civil/Electrical/Mechanical): ₹26,450 to ₹25,650 per month
- Consultant - Projects: ₹65,000 fixed
- Employer contribution to Provident Fund @12% and fixed Medical Allowance ₹1250 per month will be paid for all posts except Consultant.
Selection Procedure
- Selection will be based on Personal Interview or other appropriate methods at NPCC discretion.
- Final selection will depend on interview and other processes, after which appointment letter will be issued.
