Age Limit
Upper age ranges from 30 to 53 years depending on the post. Relaxation as per government rules: SC/ST=5 years, OBC(NCL)=3 years, PwBD and Ex-Servicemen as applicable.
Educational Qualifications
- Executive Director (Engg.): Bachelor in Engineering or equivalent; Post Graduate Management/M.Tech preferred.
- Joint General Manager (Finance), Manager (Finance), Dy. Manager (Finance): CA/CMA/MBA (Finance).
- Manager (HR): MBA/Post Graduate Degree/Post Graduate Diploma in HR/Personnel Management.
- Dy. Manager (Law): Graduate in Law at Bar; Additional Post Graduate in Law preferred.

- Executive Director (E-8): Rs 120,000 - 280,000 (IDA)
- Joint General Manager (E-5): Rs 80,000 - 220,000 (IDA)
- Manager (E-2): Rs 50,000 - 160,000 (IDA)
- Dy. Manager (E-1): Rs 40,000 - 140,000 (IDA)
Selection Procedure
- Selection will be through Personal Interview or other appropriate methods as decided by NPCC.
- Selected candidates will be on probation for one year.
