NTPC Green Energy Limited (NGEL), a subsidiary of NTPC Limited, is active in renewable power, BESS and hydrogen generation businesses. With a target of achieving 60 GW installed capacity by 2032, NGEL invites applications for multiple experienced professionals for various Engineer and Executive posts across the country on a fixed 3-year term, extendable by 2 years. Age Limit
Maximum age: 35 years.
Relaxation in age is applicable as follows:
- SC/ST - 5 years
- OBC - 3 years
- PwBD - 10 years
- Ex-Servicemen - As per government norms
Educational Qualification
Engineer (RE - Civil): Full-time BE/B.Tech/B.Sc. (Engg.) degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university/institution with minimum 65% marks (55% for SC/ST/PwBD).
Engineer (RE - Electrical): Full-time BE/B.Tech/B.Sc. (Engg.) in Electrical/Electronics/Instrumentation/Power Systems/Power Engineering streams with at least 65% marks (55% for SC/ST/PwBD).
Engineer (RE - Mechanical): Full-time BE/B.Tech/B.Sc. (Engg.) in Mechanical/Production/Industrial Engineering with 65% marks (55% for SC/ST/PwBD). ME/M.Tech preferred.
Executive (RE - Human Resource): Graduate with 2 years full-time postgraduate degree/diploma with specialization in HR or related fields with minimum 65% marks (55% for SC/ST/PwBD).
Executive (RE - Finance): Qualified CA/CMA.
Engineer (RE - Safety): Full-time Engineering degree in Mechanical/Production/Electrical/Civil/Power Engineering with diploma or degree in Industrial Safety, minimum 65% marks (55% for SC/ST/PwBD).
Executive (RE - CSR): Full-time PG degree/diploma in Rural Management/Development or related fields with 65% marks (55% for SC/ST/PwBD).
Executive (RE - Rajbhasha): Master's degree in Hindi or English with specific conditions from recognized universities.

Pay Scale
Approximate annual CTC for all posts is ₹11,00,000/- including fixed and variable components, HRA, mediclaim, performance-based pay, and other benefits. Actual remuneration depends on experience and place of posting.
Selection Process
- Application screening and shortlisting.
- Computer-Based Test (CBT) with two sections: Subject Knowledge Test and Aptitude Test.
- Group Discussion and/or Interview.
- Medical examination.
Shortlisting and final selection based on cumulative scores in CBT, experience, and interview as per specified criteria.
