Age Limit

Maximum age is 35 years.

Age relaxation applicable as follows:

Educational Qualification

Each post requires full-time Bachelor's degree in the respective engineering or relevant field with at least 65% marks (55% for SC/ST/PwBD).

Engineer (RE - Civil): Degree in Civil Engineering
Engineer (RE - Electrical): Degree in Electrical/Electronics/Power Systems etc.
Engineer (RE - Mechanical): Degree in Mechanical/Production Engineering; preference for ME/M.Tech
Executive (RE - Human Resource): Post Graduate Degree in HR or related discipline
Executive (RE - Finance): Qualified CA/CMA
Engineer (RE - Safety): Degree in relevant Engineering field plus Diploma in Industrial Safety
Executive (RE - CSR): PG Degree/diploma in Rural Management/Social Development or Engineering Graduate plus PG
Executive (RE - Rajbhasha): Master's Degree in Hindi or English with specified mediums

Pay Scale

Approximate CTC is INR 11,00,000 per annum including fixed and variable components, HRA, medical insurance, performance-based incentives, and other benefits. Actual remuneration depends on experience and place of posting.
