About the Notification
Kolkata City NUHM Society has invited applications for 18 contractual Pharmacist vacancies in Urban Primary Health Centres across Kolkata City. Detailed category-wise vacancies have been provided. Candidates must have at least a two-year Diploma in Pharmacy recognized by the West Bengal Pharmacy Council and be registered as HA category Pharmacist. Proficiency in Bengali language and computer skills including MS Office and Internet are mandatory. The remuneration is set at ₹22,000 per month. Selection will be based on merit considering academic marks and a computer test.

Age Limit
As of 01.04.2022, candidates must not be older than 40 years. Age relaxation will be granted as per government rules for reserved categories.
Educational Qualification
Minimum qualification required:
- Two-year Diploma in Pharmacy (0-Pharma) (Allopathic) recognized by West Bengal Pharmacy Council.
- Registered as HA category Pharmacist under West Bengal Pharmacy Council.
- Proficiency in Bengali language and competency in computers including MS Office and Internet.
- Weightage will be given for higher qualifications.

Pay Scale
₹22,000 per month.
Selection Process
- Candidates will be shortlisted based on marks obtained in highest basic qualification (D.Pharma/B.Pharma/M.Pharma).
- For each vacancy, candidates will be called at a ratio of 1:10 for the practical computer test.
- Candidates must secure at least 50% marks in the computer test to qualify.
- Based on academic and computer test marks, a panel will be prepared for engagement and selected candidates will be taken from this panel as per vacancies arising.
How to Apply
- Fill the prescribed application form.
- Submit the duly signed application form with self-attested photocopies of all required documents within a sealed envelope.
- Address the envelope to "Chief Municipal Health Officer/Secretary, Kolkata City NUHM Society" and drop it in the designated drop box in front of room no 254, 2nd floor, CMO Building.
- Application submission period is from 08.04.2022 to 16.04.2022, Monday to Friday 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM and Saturday 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM.
- Applications by post/courier will not be accepted. No applications will be accepted after 16.04.2022 in the drop box.
