The District Child Protection Unit, Kaimur, Bihar invites applications from qualified candidates for empanelment as Assistant Persons to assist victims under the POCSO Act, 2012 and the POCSO Rules, 2020. Age Limit

Educational Qualification
Candidates should have at least a graduate degree in social work, child rights, child protection, psychology, or law. Three years of experience in psychology, child development, or law is preferred. Pay Scale
Monthly salary is ₹9,000. Travel and other expenses will be reimbursed as per rules of the District Legal Services Authority and State Legal Services Authority.
Selection Process
- Verification of applications and certificates
- Interview by a selection committee chaired by the Additional District and Sessions Judge (Fast Track Court)
- Enlistment in the panel for a maximum of two years or until the age of 65, whichever is earlier

- Fill in the prescribed application form.
- Attach all educational certificates, experience proofs, caste certificate, residence certificate, Aadhaar card self-attested copies, and photograph.
- Send the application by speed post or registered post to: Assistant Director, District Child Protection Unit, Collectorate Campus near Treasury Office, Bhabhua, Kaimur, Bihar, PIN-82404 before 5:00 PM on 26.09.2026.
- Write clearly on the envelope "Application for Assistant Person Empanelment and Advertisement Number 04/2026".
