About the Notification
The Directorate of Enforcement, Ministry of Finance, Government of India invites applications for 20 posts of Joint Director of Enforcement on deputation basis. Eligible officers from Central/State Governments, UT Administrations, Public Sector Undertakings, Universities, Research Institutions, Semi-Government, Autonomous and Statutory Bodies can apply. Candidates must have at least 10 years of experience including 6 years in intelligence, investigation, adjudication or prosecution work related to fiscal or criminal laws and 4 years in administrative work. Maximum age limit is 56 years. Pay Matrix Level-12 (Rs.78,800-2,09,200).

Age Limit
Maximum age limit is 56 years as on the closing date of receipt of applications. Age relaxations as per rules may apply.
Educational Qualification
Officers holding analogous posts on regular basis or with five years service in PB-3 with Grade Pay of Rs.6600 (Pre-revised) or Level 11 in the pay matrix; having ten years experience including six years in intelligence, investigation, adjudication or prosecution work related to fiscal or criminal laws, finance or accounts, corporate affairs and four years in administrative work.

Pay Scale
Pay Matrix Level 12: Rs.78,800 to Rs.2,09,200. Grade Pay Rs.7600 (Pre-revised). Officers in Enforcement Directorate are entitled to Special Incentive Allowance @ 20% of basic pay.

- Applications must be forwarded by the Cadre Controlling Authority along with all necessary documents.
