About the Notification

The Kolkata Municipal Corporation invites applications from eligible superannuated or soon-to-be superannuated government officers for three vacancies of Special Officer (Building) on a re-appointment basis. Eligible candidates include retired District Judges, retired Superintendent Engineer (Civil) or Deputy Chief Engineer (Civil) with minimum five years service in the post in any government/local self-government, or retired WBCS officers at Joint Secretary level or above. Age limit is 65 years as on 1st January 2015. The remuneration will be fixed based on last pay and pension calculations.
