About the Notification

The CSIR-National Aerospace Laboratories (CSIR-NAL) is inviting applications for direct recruitment to the Multi-Tasking Staff (MTS) posts. There are 6 vacancies reserved for Scheduled Tribe, OBC (NCL), Economically Weaker Section, and Unreserved categories. Applications must be submitted in hard copy form only via Speed Post or Courier.

Age Limit

Applicants must be aged between 18 and 25 years as of the last date of receipt of applications. Age relaxation is applicable as per government norms:

• 5 years for SC/ST
• 3 years for OBC (NCL)
• 10 years for PwBD (15 years SC/ST and 13 years OBC applicable)
• Relaxation for Ex-Servicemen as per rules
• 35 years for Widows/Divorced Women (upto 40 for SC/ST)

Educational Qualification

Minimum qualification is SSC / 10th Standard pass.

Application Fee

Pay Scale

Pay Level 01 as per 7th CPC with pay range ₹18,000 - ₹56,900.

Selection Process

• OMR-based objective type multiple choice written examination
• The exam covers General Intelligence, Quantitative Aptitude, General Awareness, and English language
• Conducted in Bengaluru only
• Tie-breaking method includes least negative marks, older age, earlier qualification, and alphabetical order

How to Apply

1. Fill the prescribed application form attached with the notification.
2. Pay the application fee via Demand Draft (DD) where applicable, with candidate's name and father's name on the back.
3. Send the filled application form with self-attested copies of all required certificates and DD by Speed Post/Courier only to the given address.
4. Applications through any other mode or late submissions will be rejected.
5. Last date for receipt of hard copy applications is 21 September 2026 by 5 PM.
