Age Limit
The age limit for candidates is from 18 to 42 years. There is a relaxation of 5 years for SC/ST/BC/EWS candidates, with maximum age up to 47 years. Age is calculated as on 2026-07-01.
Educational Qualification
- Record Assistant: Intermediate pass.
- Office Subordinate: SSC or equivalent.
- Sweepers, Scavengers, Cooks, Dhobis, Barbers: Passed 7th class or equivalent; cooks, dhobis, and barbers require professional skills.

- Record Assistant: Written test, computer practical test, interview.
- Office Subordinate: Written test and interview.
