Age Limit

The age limit varies from 30 to 40 years depending on the post. Generally, up to 35 years for most posts, with some allowing up to 40 years. Age relaxation as per Government of India rules is 5 years for SC/ST and 3 years for OBC candidates only for reserved vacancies. No age relaxation if reserved category candidates apply for general posts.

Educational Qualifications

Assistant Professor: Graduate Degree in Sowa Rigpa (Menpa Kachupa/BTMS) or equivalent recognized under IMCC Act, 1970 or NCISM Act, 2020 with 3 years teaching/research experience.
Medical Officer: Graduate Degree in Sowa Rigpa (Menpa Kachupa/BTMS) or equivalent recognized degree with registration under CCIM/State Board.
Medical Specialist (Modern Medicine): MBBS, MD with enrollment in Central/State Medical Council.
Pathologist and Radiologist: MD in respective fields with Medical Council registration.
Hospital Superintendent: Graduate in any recognized medical system with 3 years hospital management experience.
Administrative cum Accounts Officer, Research Officer, Research Assistant, Private Secretary: Qualification and experience as per post details.
