About the Notification
The Kolkata City NUHM Society invites applications for engagement of 80 Pharmacists on a contractual basis. Candidates must have a minimum 2 years Diploma in Pharmacy (D-Pharma) recognized by the West Bengal Pharmacy Council and must be registered as category 'A' Pharmacist under the Council. Proficiency in Bengali and computer skills including MS Office and internet are required. Age limit is 40 years as of 01.01.2016, with relaxations as per government norms. Selection will be based on academic merit and practical tests.

Age Limit
Candidates must be maximum 40 years old as on 01.01.2016. Age relaxation will be granted as per government rules to SC/ST/OBC/PWD candidates.
Educational Qualifications
Candidates must have a minimum 2 years Diploma in Pharmacy (D-Pharma) recognized by West Bengal Pharmacy Council and be registered as "A" category Pharmacist. Preference will be given to higher qualifications. Candidates must be proficient in Bengali (reading, writing, speaking) and computer skills including MS Office and internet.

Pay Scale

Selection Process
- Merit based on academic qualifications
- Practical examination including computer test
- Candidates must secure at least 40% marks in computer test to qualify
- Shortlisting ratio 1:10 (ten candidates per vacancy)

- Attach self-attested photocopies of all necessary documents as per the checklist.
- Submit the completed form in person or by post at Room No.254, 2nd floor, 5, S.N Banerjee Road, Kolkata-700013.
- Applications will be accepted from 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM on weekdays, and till 2:00 PM on Saturdays within the application period.
