Age Limit

Consultant: 40 to 60 years, retired government employees up to 70 years.
Young Professional-II: Maximum 35 years.

Age relaxation as per government rules. Cut-off date is the last date of application submission (11 September 2026).

Educational Qualifications

Consultant (Administrative): Professionals with at least 8 years of experience in administration in government departments/PSUs/autonomous bodies and a postgraduate degree in relevant subjects such as Management or Public Administration; or retired government employees with a bachelor’s degree in any discipline with pay level-7 or above and 10 years of experience.
Young Professional-II (Scientific): Postgraduates in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Statistics, Social Work, Sociology, BAMS, BSMS, or MD in AYUSH with at least 55% marks and 3 years of post-qualification experience in related fields.
Young Professional-II (Administrative): Postgraduate in any discipline with minimum 55% marks and 3 years of post-qualification experience. Knowledge of IT applications is an advantage.
Young Professional-II (Finance & Accounts): M.Com/MBA with minimum 55% marks or CA (Inter)/ICWA (Inter)/CS (Inter) with 3 years of post-qualification experience. IT skills advantageous.
