Age Limit

Age criteria for the posts are as follows:

• Consultant: Maximum 65 years
• Young Professionals: Maximum 35 years

Age will be calculated based on the last date of receipt of applications. No specific relaxation rules provided.

Educational Qualifications

• Consultant: Retired government officials at Joint Secretary/Deputy Secretary/Under Secretary level or equivalent with relevant experience in internationalization of higher education, administration in government departments, autonomous bodies, or universities.
• Young Professional (Sports): Graduate in any discipline with PG Diploma/Certificate in Sports Management or related field, or sports persons who have competed at State/AIU All India Championships/Khelo India levels.
• Young Professional (Finance): Postgraduate in Commerce/Finance/Management or relevant diploma with minimum 3 years experience in accounts, TDS/GST/EPF compliance, payroll, audit support, etc.
• Young Professional (IT): Bachelor’s degree in Technology (Computer Science), B.Sc. Computer Science, or BCA with minimum 3 years experience in ASP.NET C#, SQL Server/PHP development, WordPress customization, server management, financial & ERP systems knowledge.
• Young Professional (AI): Postgraduate/technical degree in AI, Computer Science, Public Policy, Data Science or related field. Knowledge and experience in AI governance, ethical frameworks, research, or policy highly preferred.

Pay Scale

• Consultant: Remuneration based on last pay drawn minus pension subject to ceilings:
  • ₹70,000/month for Joint Secretary level
  • ₹60,000/month for Deputy Secretary level
  • ₹50,000/month for Under Secretary level
• Young Professional (Sports): ₹30,000 to ₹50,000 per month
• Young Professionals (Finance, IT, AI): Not specified
