Educational Qualification
Environmental Specialist: Post Graduate degree in Planning, Environment, or Ecology with minimum 10 years experience in designing environmental safeguards for donor-supported projects, preferably with Asian Development Bank (ADB). Social Safeguard Specialist: Post Graduate degree in Planning, Sociology, or Anthropology with preferably 10 years experience in resettlement plan design and implementation conforming to land laws of the state and donor-supported projects, preferably with ADB. Familiarity with land acquisition laws and ADB procedures is required.
GIS Personnel: Graduate with 2 years experience in GIS related work and hands-on experience working on satellite maps.
