Age Limit
Maximum age is 40 years. Age relaxation: 5 years for SC/ST candidates, 3 years for OBC candidates, 10 years for PwBD candidates. Age relaxation applicable for Ex-Servicemen as per Government guidelines.
Educational Qualification
- Manager – RE: Full-time Engineering Graduate in Electrical/ Electrical & Electronics/ Control & Instrumentation/ Civil/ Mechanical with minimum 60% marks from recognized Indian university.
- Manager – Finance: Qualified CA/CMA from authorized institute. Knowledge of SAP, MS Office, and Data Analytics preferred.
- Manager – Land: Full-time PG Degree/Diploma in Rural Management/ Development Studies/ MSW/ MBA or Engineering Graduate with minimum 60% marks.

Pay Scale
All posts at E-4 Grade, IDA Pay Scale effective from 01.01.2017: Rs. 70,000 – 2,00,000. Govt/ PSU candidates should have minimum 2 years of experience in E-3 Grade scale or equivalent.
Selection Process
- Shortlisting of applications based on eligibility, marks, and experience
- Written Test/ Group Discussion/ Interview or combination thereof
- The management reserves the right to modify selection norms as necessary

- General/ EWS/ OBC candidates to pay Rs. 500 online; SC/ ST/ PwBD/ Women candidates are exempted.
