Age Limit
As of 31 July 2026, candidates must fall within the following age limits with applicable relaxations:
- Engineers (all streams): Maximum 30 years
- Assistant Managers: Maximum 40 years
- Deputy Managers: Maximum 40 years
- Chief Manager: Maximum 50 years
- Medical Officers: Maximum 45 years
Age relaxation details:
- 5 years for SC/ST
- 3 years for OBC (NCL)
- 10 to 15 years for PwBD candidates based on category
- 5 years for domicile of Jammu & Kashmir (1980-1989)
Educational Qualifications
Minimum educational qualifications for the posts include:
- Engineering degrees (B.E./B.Tech./B.Sc.) in relevant branches like Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, IT.
- Officer posts require relevant graduate or postgraduate degrees like MBA (HR, Materials, Finance), CA, CMA, etc.
- Medical Officer posts require MBBS degree with MD/MS preferred.

Selection Process
- Screening of applications and shortlisting candidates matching eligibility
- Computer-based test (if large number of applications), primarily in Delhi-NCR or other cities
- Personal Interview (minimum 50% marks required for qualifying)
- Merit list based on interview marks and qualifying examination marks
