About the Notification
Western Coalfields Limited (WCL), a Mini Ratna company under the Ministry of Coal, Government of India, has invited online applications for regular recruitment of Mining Sirdar, T&S Grade-C and Assistant Foreman (Trainee) (Electrical)/Electrical Supervisor, T&S Grade-C posts. The selection will be done through a Computer Based Test (CBT). WCL operates in coal mines located in Maharashtra and Madhya Pradesh states.
The applicant should be aged between 18 and 30 years as on 10-Aug-2026. Age relaxation for different categories is as follows:

Valid Mining Sirdar Certificate of Competency issued by DGMS, Gas Testing Certificate, First Aid Certificate and 3 years experience in underground mines; or Diploma in Mining Engineering from recognized institution along with Overman competency certificate issued by DGMS and required certificates.
