Age Limit
Maximum Age: 32 years as of 01.08.2026.
Age Relaxations:
- 3 years for OBC (Non-Creamy Layer)
- 5 years for SC/ST
- For PwBD candidates: 10 years for General, 13 years for OBC (NCL), 15 years for SC/ST
- Ex-servicemen relaxation as per government rules
- 5 years relaxation for candidates domiciled in Jammu & Kashmir (01.01.1980 to 31.12.1989)
Educational Qualification and Experience
Full-time Degree in Electronics/Electrical/Instrumentation/Computer Science with at least 60% marks (50% for SC/ST).
Minimum 12 months post-qualification relevant experience in specified domains such as control systems, communication protocols, commissioning supervision, and shipboard systems.

Pay Scale
First Year: Rs. 84,000 per month
Second Year: Rs. 88,000 per month
Medical Benefits: Mediclaim policy premium reimbursement of Rs. 5 lakhs for self and family.
Selection Process
- If eligible candidates are within a 1:10 ratio to vacancies, all are called for Personal Interview.
- If candidates exceed ratio, Personal Interview shortlisting is based on aggregate degree marks.
