About the Notification
The Kolkata Municipal Corporation Health Department invites walk-in interviews for engaging specialist doctors including Gynecologists, Anesthetists, Cardiologists, and Sonologists/Radiologists on a case-to-case basis at various maternity homes in Kolkata. These are not regular appointments but on per-case payment basis subject to fulfillment of the required qualifications and age limits.

Age Limit
Maximum age is 60 years as on 01.01.2017 for all posts.
Educational Qualification
- Gynecologist: MBBS from a recognized university with a postgraduate degree/diploma like D.G.O, M.D, or M.S in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
- Anesthetist: MBBS from a recognized university with a postgraduate degree/diploma like D.A or M.D. in Anesthesia.
- Cardiologist: MBBS from a recognized university with a postgraduate degree/diploma like M.D. or Dip Cardiology in Cardiology.
- Sonologist/Radiologist: MBBS from a recognized university with a postgraduate degree/diploma like D.M.R.D or M.D in Radio Diagnosis.

Pay Scale
Payment will be made on a per case basis as mentioned above under each post.
