India and Vietnam Sign MoU on Artificial Intelligence and Quantum Technology

On 19 May 2026, India and Vietnam signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on cooperation in the fields of artificial intelligence (AI) and quantum technology in Hanoi.
